ABOUT US

Hayley Ward is a Dublin based Hypnobirthing Teacher & Postpartum Doula, founder of The Mother and The Gaff, she trained with Love Your Birth Hypnobirthing and DoulaCare Ireland.

Before training as the above, Hayley qualified with a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineer in 2017 and since then, specialises in the Pharmaceutical Engineering industry.

After giving birth to her first born, Hayley found a passion of hers she never knew resided in her, passion for the power of the pregnant body, its capabilities and the journey from maiden to mother.

Hayley provides parents tools to use during pregnancy, labour, birth, postpartum and beyond. Allowing mothers to feel confident in their abilities to birth and make informed decisions. She believes anyone who gives birth can feel empowered and euphoric when they bring their baby earth side, no matter the type of birth with the right tools.

Hayleys teaching style is drawn by the intimate and rawness of labour and birth and the realities of the maternity services. Fundamentally, all of her work as a Hypnobirthing Teacher & Doula is a celebration of the natural power and beauty of women and the birthing body.
